Jordan's dog walking service is so wonderful. Top positives: 1. Jordan came to our house to evaluate our pup, and make sure we were matched with the right person. 2. Our dog walker was patient and kind, and treated our (difficult) dog with so much care. 3. Their office is *super*-responsive, well-organized, and communicative. Such a dream to work with, week after week - they really go above and beyond. Been recommending them to all the dog owners I know!
Having a big dog in NYC isn't easy, and I wouldn't be able to do it without Jordan's. They are so reliable and trustworthy, and they love my dog as much as he loves them! In addition to regularly scheduled walks, they have helped me out in last minute situations countless times, including staying over at my apartment with my dog in an emergency situation. I would be lost without Jordan's!!!
Jordan’s pet care is simply the best. The walkers are friendly, on time, and truly care about the pets they are taking care of. Our little pup was diagnosed with leukemia and Jordan and Devin always check in to see how her treatment is going, which is something that they don’t have to do. The whole team is so accommodating. I’ve never had a time where we couldn’t get a walker last minute. I recommend to Jordans to anyone new in the neighborhood looking for a walker. And as an added benefit they always take great photos!
Jordan's Pet Care is the best! The entire JPC team is very communicative, professional, and thoughtful. Most importantly, they take great care of our dog, Ritz, who always comes back from a walk with his tail wagging and a smile on his face. We also love the post-walk reports - Taylor always snaps the best pics of Ritz!
